In a large pan sauté carrots in butter or olive oil for about 3 minutes, then add crushed garlic cloves and sauté for 1 more minute. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and rosemary and continue to brown ground beef. Once the ground beef is cooked, drain any excess grease out of the pan. Add butter and peas to the entree and cook for 2 minutes covered.

Gently incorporate flour into the ground beef mixture and make sure it is blended well. Add beer, Worcestershire, tomato paste and cook for about 2 minutes. Slowly add stock to your entree until incorporated well and there is a nice thick gravy around the ground beef mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Poor into a baking dish and top with homemade mashed potatoes. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
