Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 packagesfrozen sweet potato rounds
  2. 2 packagescrescent rolls
  3. 2 cupsugar
  4. 2 cupwater
  5. 2 stickmargarine
  6. 4 tspcorn starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Cut unthawed sweet potatoe rounds in half.

  3. 3

    Wrap each half in a crescent roll.

  4. 4

    Place in casserole dish, seam side down.

  5. 5

    Boil sugar, water and margarine for five minutes.

  6. 6

    Pour over crescent rolls.

  7. 7

    Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
