Ingredients

  1. 1Baby Portobello Mushrooms
  2. 1 packagescream cheese
  3. 1Lump Crab Meat
  4. 1Chives
  5. 1Sliced Havarti Cheese
  6. 1olive oil, extra virgin
  7. 1salt
  8. 1black pepper
  9. 1garlic powder
  10. 1 cupsour cream
  11. 1Sliced Gouda
  12. 1Prosciutto

    Cut out stems and small pocket inside mushroom cap

  2. 2

    Toss lightly in bowl with olive oil. Do not saturate.

  3. 3

    Place proscioutto inside cap leave plenty of room for stuffing.

  4. 4

    Mince chive stalks

  5. 5

    Take room temp cream cheese can be warmed slightly in microwave and put in mixing bowl

  6. 6

    Add lump cap meat to mixing bowl. Do not use immitation. Add chives

  7. 7

    Add salt pepper and garlic powder. Season to taste.

  8. 8

    Mix ingredients. Stuff mushrooms with filling.

  9. 9

    Place mushrooms on cooking sheet with wax paper.

  10. 10

    Lay small slices of gouda and Havarti cheese over top, just enough to melt over stuffing.

  11. 11

    Place in fridge for 15-20 mins.

  12. 12

    Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 20 mins.

  13. 13

    Let sit to cool for 5 mins and serve.
