Ingredients

7 hours 40 mins
  1. 7 largepotatoes
  2. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1/3 packagescarrot sticks, sliced
  5. 1 cancream of cheddar soup
  6. 3/4 cupwater
  7. 3/4 cupmilk
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. black pepper
  10. pinchcelery seed
  11. pinchpoultry seasoning
  12. 1/3 cupinstant potato flakes

Steps

7 hours 40 mins
  1. 1

    Dice potatoes and leave some bigger chunks, put into crock pot on high

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients (except cheddar cheese soup)

  3. 3

    Once hot (2 hours) turn down crock pot and simmer until veggies are soft.

  4. 4

    Add flakes, cheddar soup and continue simmering. Done when it tastes good!

    Top with cheese and bacon (optional) freezes well.
