  • pork soup
  • 850 gramspork meat and pork bone
  • 15chinese red date
  • 1/4 cupwolfberry ( dried goji berries )
  • 1 1/2 literwater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1pork liver

  1. 1

    quick blanch pork and pork bone with whole pork liver then drain

  2. 2

    put all pork soup ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 45 minute

  3. 3

    add seasoning and simmer for another 2 minute

  4. 4

    to serve seive for a clear soup
