  • rosemary mushroom
  • 1 dashrosemary powder
  • 10small thinly slice king oyster mushroom
  • 1/4 cupdice spring onion
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper
  • arugula balsamic salad
  • 4 cuparugula salad
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspbalsamic vineger
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 clovepounded garlic
  • toast bread
  • 1 slicetoasted bread

    Toast bread

    Toast bread then cut into small pieces set aside

  3. 3

    Balsamic arugula salad

  4. 4

    Mix balsamic dressing the toss with arugula salad to mix well then set aside

  5. 5

    Rosemary mushroom

  6. 6

    With oil saute mushroom for 2 minute till light brown then add spring onion and rosemary powder with salt and pepper
