Preheat oven 180c/350f/gas4

lightly grease 2lb loaf tin and greased proof paper

Add flour, margarine and nutmeg rub together till breadcrumbs

peel and mash bananas

Add all ingredients together

beat ingredients until evenly mixed

pour mixture into tin and and level

bake in pre heated oven for 1 hour 15 mins

cover the tea bread with foil if Browning to much

allow to cool for 10 mins and then turn out onto wire rack
