1 dashsalt
1 dashblack pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 bunchof cheese, optional but tasty
1 cupmilk
1 canchicken, preferably a big can
3 dashItalian seasoning
Noodles
2 cuppenne noodles

whisk in dry ingredients until smooth

add milk, stir until thick.
