This recipe is modified from cooks illustrated to include a bit more sauce and a bit more heat in the form of chipotles. Don't skip the sugar in the rub as it aids in crisping and carmelizing the edges of the chicken. Lance Wilson -
Baked bbq chicken Baked bbq chicken
This chicken is delicious and can serve with just about anything ...you can use anywhere from 6 to 18 peaces of chicken and you don't have to double the recipe unless you want them really saucy .. I used 18 peaces of drumsticks and it was delicious ! shawntae -
BBQ, Sweet Chili, & Peach Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Kabobs BBQ, Sweet Chili, & Peach Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Kabobs
Makes 8-10 Skewers. In the summer we love to cook on the grill. Skewers or Kabobs are something I am fond of. I'd never grilled peaches before but I've seen it done and always wanted to try it. Peach flavor pairs so well with bbq sauce. My favorite part is that there are 3 food groups on 1 stick! We had no peppers so I improvised with broccoli! Yum! This can be made in the oven or on the grill, and also in an air fryer as well! Chef Mommy Nessa -
