Steps

Chop the butter in cubes and freeze till rock hard.

Add the flour and butter to a food processor. process till it resembles coarse breadcrumbs. add the water, pulse a few more times till it resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Upturn the processor bowl onto a workspace and press together till the dough comes together. Refrigerate for atleast an hour before using .
