  • 3seed of pounded pepper
  • 1bulb onions
  • 1knorr cube
  • to tasteSalt

    Add all your ingredients to blended egusi

    Mix evenly

  3. 3

    Add a little water to form dough

  4. 4

    Mix thoroughly

  5. 5

    Cut to desire size and shapes

  6. 6

    Put in the oven and bake for 10-15mins

  7. 7

    Egusi snack is ready. Eat like cookies.
