Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the chicken thoroughly, cut into two pieces, and coat with seasoned flour according to package instructions.
- 2
Fry the chicken until crispy and golden brown.
- 3
To make the spicy sauce, sauté the garlic in margarine until fragrant, then add chili sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, salt, and honey. Add chili powder to your desired level of spiciness, cook until thick, and adjust seasoning.
- 4
Add the chicken to the sauce and mix well.
- 5
To make the cheese sauce, sorry I forgot the photo, cook margarine and then add milk over low heat, add grated cheese and stir until melted. Add Indofood cheese powder for a bright color, then add the cornstarch mixture and stir until thick and bubbly.
- 6
Serve the chicken with the cheese sauce (I added sesame seeds for garnish). Enjoy your meal! 😋

Sesame Fried Chicken Tenders with Special Cheese Sauce Sesame Fried Chicken Tenders with Special Cheese Sauce
I usually wrap chicken tenderloins with cheese in shiso leaves and fry them, but I wanted to try something different.By mixing the beaten egg with flour, the batter will coat the chicken properly.Put the panko and sesame seeds in a plastic bag, put the batter-coated chicken pieces in the bag and shake around to coat evenly without getting your hands dirty.Adding white sesame seeds the coating will make it very nutty and fragrant, and more nutritious too. Chicken Sauté with Mentaiko Cheese Sauce Chicken Sauté with Mentaiko Cheese Sauce
I wanted to eat chicken sauté with sauce and was trying to think of a recipe when I remembered all of the mentaiko I had just received as a gift. I decided to use some to make a nice meal. The rich cheese goes really well with the mentaiko! If the cheese isn't 100% melted it should still be ok, just make sure that it's mostly melted. 1 or 2 lumps is fine. The spiciness and saltiness of mentaiko varies depending on the maker so feel free to add extra seasoning depending on the taste.
