  1. 1 lbBoneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  2. 1/4 cupBalsamic Vinegar
  3. 1/2 tbspOlive Oil
  4. 1 1/2 tspDried Oregano
  5. 1/2 tspPepper
  6. 1 tspSalt

    Preheat Oven 400°F

  2. 2

    Place Chicken on glass baking dish. Pour vinegar over the chicken. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and sprinke with Oregano, Salt, and Pepper

  3. 3

    Bake for 45 min or until chicken is done basting every ~15 min

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
