Ingredients

  1. dry
  2. 2 cuphomemade toasted quinoa flour
  3. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  4. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  5. 1/4 tspnutmeg
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. wet
  8. 1/2 cupmelted Coconut oil
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. 1 tbspApple cider vinegar
  11. 1 cuphoney
  12. 1 1/2 cupshredded carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix wet and dry together.

  4. 4

    Fold in carrot.

  5. 5

    Spilt into 12 silicon baking cups or greased muffin tin.

  6. 6

    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Let cool and enjoy! Add butter for a richer muffin.
