  1. Stuffing
  2. 2/3 cupDiced Ham
  3. 6 tbspFinely Chopped Fresh Broccoli
  4. 1/2 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese, fat free
  5. 2 tbspDiced Red Bell Pepper
  6. 2 tbspDiced Green Bell Pepper
  7. 2 tbspFinely Chopped Onion
  8. 1/4 cupSour Cream, fat free
  9. 1/2 tspFavorite Mustard
  10. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  11. 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  12. Other
  13. 8 ozRefrigerated Crescent Rolls, reduced fat
  14. 1Egg White Lightly Beaten
  15. 2 tspSliced Almonds

Steps

    Preheat Oven to 375

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients for the stuffing

  3. 3

    Unroll crescent rolls, seal seams to combine two triangles into one rectangle.

  4. 4

    Divide filling between all rolls, spread down the center of each rectangle

  5. 5

    Fold dough over filling, pinch to seal and tuck ends under. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

  6. 6

    Brush with egg whites and sprinkle almonds on top.

  7. 7

    Bake for 11-13 min

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
