Ingredients

  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 4coils fideo
  • 2 tbspminced onion
  • 1 cloveminced garlic
  • 2 1/2 cupcanned tamatoe sauce
  • 3 cupwater
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oil.add fideo and cook until lightly browned.add onion and cook until tender.

  2. 2

    add garlic, tomato sauce and water and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    bring to a boil.lower heat,cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    ready to serve
