Ingredients

8 servings

2 1/2 cupsrice (about 500 grams)
2 1/2 cupsshredded coconut (about 500 grams)
1 cansweetened condensed milk
2cinnamon sticks
1 cancoconut cream
1/2 cupsugar (about 100 grams)
4 1/4 cupsmilk (about 1 liter)
3 cupswater (about 700 ml)
3 tablespoonsvanilla

Cook the rice in the water with the cinnamon sticks.

When the rice is al dente, add the milk, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar.

Once the rice is fully cooked and has the desired flavor, add the shredded coconut and let it rest.

Turn off the heat and serve.
