Ingredients

  • 250 gmsLong brinjals -
  • 2Tomatoes - medium (chopped)
  • 1/4 tspRai -
  • 1/4 tspJeera -
  • 1/4 tspCiba hing-
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder -
  • 1/2 tspDhania powder -
  • 1/2 tspCiba haldi powder -
  • 1/2tspCiba garam masala -
  • 1 tbspOil -
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut brinjals in small pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok. Put rai jeera and hing.

  3. 3

    Then add chopped tomatoes. Cover and Cook for 2 mins.

    Add all dry spices. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add chopped brinjals. Mix and cover and cook for 5 mins or till done.

    Garnish and serve with rice/roti.
