Ingredients

6 servings

3 packagesfresh salmon packs
2each eggs
1 packagesglutino crackers (one sleeve) or 3/4 sleeve Ritz
3/4 cupsliced green onion
1 tbspminced fresh dill
2 tbspshredded parmesan
1 tbspminced italian parsely
1/2 tsptumeric
to tasteKosher salt black pepper
1/2 cupplain Panko bread crumbs for coating
2 tbspbutter 2 tbsp olive oil

Crush crackers finely

Mix all ingredients well, form into patties

Refrigerate one hour

Melt some butter in non stick pan and heat with oil to med high

Coat chilled patties in Panko crumbs

Cook patties about 3 minutes each side until browned flip tenderly
