Bake at 300 for 45-50 min (or until they fall apart)

Get lids (boil hot water) and jars hot (bake at 250 or run through dishwasher).

Cool tomatoes and peel skin.

Poor hot tomatoes in hot jars.

Squirt of fresh lemon juice
- 6
Bake jars at 250 for 1/2 hour
- 7
Remove and cool upside down
- 8
Test each lid before storing
