Ingredients

  1. 16 cupTomatoes - Roma or mix
  2. 2 cupPeppers
  3. 1 cupHot pepper
  4. 2 cupOnion
  5. 1 tbspCumin
  6. 2 canTomato paste
  7. 2 tbspSalt and pepper
  8. 1 cupBrown sugar
  9. 2 cupCilantro
  10. 2 cupVinegar
  11. 1/4 cupGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil tomatoes then drop in ice, peel

  2. 2

    Cook all but tomato and cilantro; 10-20 min

  3. 3

    Add rest and cook for 10 min
