Soak basmati rice for about 2 hours

In the cooker add oil fry onions,till light pink then add the vegetables (carrots,beans,peas) fry nicely

Then add the green paste(coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chillies, ginger garlic paste) fry nicely

Then add the biryani masala powder an garam masala powder mix well. Then add the rice,water an salt an pressure cook it for 2 whistles

In a separate bowl add panneer crumple it nicely then add cornflour an salt an mix well. Then make small balls out of it and deep fry it. Then add silver warak on it

In another bowl add curds beat it nicely. Then add the green paste (coriander leaves,mint leaves, green chillies),salt an mix well. Then add chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber an serve
