Ingredients

  1. 1 cupseviyan
  2. 500 MLMilk
  3. 3 tbspsugar
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. 4 - 5 green cardamom
  6. 3 - 4cloves
  7. as neededAlmonds
  8. as requiredcashewnuts
  9. raisins (kishmish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan

  2. 2

    Fry cardamom and cloves till releasing aroma in ghee

  3. 3

    Add sevayian till fry it until it get brown

  4. 4

    Pour milk and boil it

  5. 5

    Add sugar in it and leave it for 7 to 8 min. till it get cooked

  6. 6

    Serve it with chopped almonds (hot nad cold)
