Sab se pehle cooker m chopped methi,daliya,and thoda sa pani daal kar 5-6siti aane tak pakaye..

Phir boil ho jane par uska sara pani nikal dein..taki uska kadwapan nikal jaye..

Phir usme thoda or pani add krenge and salt,mirch powder,makke ke aate ka ghol banakar add karein and usko thodi der chalate rhen..jab tak saag thoda thick and ho jaye...

Ab ek pan m ghee garamkren and usm jeera daal kar bhune ab garlic cloves daalen and lal mirch ke tukde usme daal kar thoda bhune or saag m uska tadka lagayen..

Uppar se butter daal kar serve karen..
