Palak ke leaves ki stem cut Karein or leaves ko wash Karein.

Beson Mein salt, gram masala, red chilli powder, ajwain,baking soda add Karein water ki help se better ready Karein.

Palak ki leaves ko better Mein dip Karein or gram oil Mein crispy hone tak deep fry Karein.

Curd ko fate.

Thanda hone per Plate Mein crispy patto ko arrange Karein.

Upper se curd, coriander chutney, imli chutney, chaat masala, aalo bujia or pomegranate seeds dale or red chilli sprinkle Karein.
