Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchFresh methi (washed and chopped)
  2. 2-3Potatoes - medium (boiled and chopped)
  3. 1 tspGarlic - chopped
  4. 1 tspGreen chilli -
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspHaldi -
  7. 1/2 tspAmchur -
  8. 1 tbspOil -

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok.

    Put garlic and green chillies. Saute for a min.

  3. 3

    Add chopped methi. Cook till it leaves bitter smell.

    Add salt and haldi and amchur. Mix well.

    Add chopped potatoes. Mix well.
