Methi malai paneer is a quick and easy dish made with fenugreek leaves and cottage cheese. It is a healthy dish specially for diabetic patients as well as everyone. U can serve it as a side dish with meal in lunch or dinner.

Methi malai paneer is a quick and easy dish made with fenugreek leaves and cottage cheese. It is a healthy dish specially for diabetic patients as well as everyone. U can serve it as a side dish with meal in lunch or dinner.
Steps

Wash the fenugreek leaves.

Add one glass water and one teaspoon salt in it. Mix well. Leave it for 10 minutes.

Drain the water and squeeze it well.

Heat one table spoon oil in a pan.

Add fenugreek leaves in it. Soute it till the moisture evaporated. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Add ginger garlic paste and soute for a while.

Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent.

Add tomatoes in it and saute them till the oil separates.

Add salt and pepper, turmeric powder, garam masala in it. Mix properly.

Now add souted fenugreek leaves in it. Mix well.

Add one cup milk in it and let come to boil.

Add half cup fresh malai in it. Stir continuesely.

Add cheese in it. Mix well. Cook for five minutes.

It's ready. Serve with naan or chapati.
