250 gmMethi
50 gmSoya
4-5Potato
5-6Garlic chopped
as per tasteGreen chilli
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tspTurmeric Powder
1 pinchHeeng
as per tasteSalt
1 tspMustard oil

Steps

Take 1 tbs mustard oil in a pan.

Add cumin seed, let it crackle
3

Add heeng, garlic cloves, green chilli, turmeric powder.

Add potato and soya-methi saag, and mix.

Add salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes with lid on.
