Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, and egg in large bowl. Slowly add in other ingredients.

Place teaspoon size balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet and slightly flatten with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown around edges.
