50 ml water
50 gramsgranulated sugar
20 gramsbrown sugar
1 clovegarlic
1 tbspginger, diced
2 tbsprice wine (sake)

Heat the water, soy sauce and rice wine with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved.

Add garlic and ginger and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
