Take a nonstick pan. Heat it,put ghee, when ghee is warm thn add besan flour, whole wheat flour n stir well.... Stir till its colour changes to pink.

Take another pan out poha....dry roast it till its colour turns pink... Let it cool..after cooling down mk course powder of poha.

Now make sure mixture of both flour besan and wheat flour is totally cooled.. Now add sugar powder to it and mix well... Then add course powdered poha to it.... Mix well n make ladoos.
