Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMethi leaves -
  2. 1/2 cupBesan -
  3. 1 cupWheat flour -
  4. 1 tspGreen chillies - chopped
  5. 1/2 tspTil -
  6. 1/2 tspSaynf -
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspHaldi -
  9. 1/2 tspSugar -
  10. 1 tbspOil -
  11. Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop methi leaves.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients and make hard dough.

    Deep fry on medium hot oil till brown and crispy.
