Ingredients

  • 1 cupMethi leaves -
  • 1/2 cupBesan -
  • 1 cupWheat flour -
  • 1 tspGreen chillies - chopped
  • 1/2 tspTil -
  • 1/2 tspSaynf -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspHaldi -
  • 1/2 tspSugar -
  • 1 tbspOil -
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop methi leaves.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients and make hard dough.

    Deep fry on medium hot oil till brown and crispy.
