Cajun Chicken Salad
This is a great diet meal for the 2 part of the 5:2 diet. Makes you feel full whilst being low carb.
Steps

Heat up oil in frying pan
- 2
Add chicken
- 3
Cook for 5 minutes then add a generous helping of Cajun Spice
- 4
Cook for a further 5 minutes. Make sure all the chicken is covered with Cajun Spice.

Cut the chicken into small pieces with the spatula and cook for a few more minutes. Make sure the chicken is cooked through. It should be white inside.

Serve on a plate with some crispy salad leaves.
