Ingredients

  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 500 gramsMinced Beef
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 2 cloveCrushed garlic
  • 1/2 tspPowdered Ginger
  • 1 tspBlack Pepper
  • 2 canChopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 canRed Kidney Beans
  • 1/2 tspPapriks
  • 1 pintsboiling water
  • 2vegetable stock bullions
  • 1 tspBasil
  • 1 tbspBalsamic vinegar
  • 1green sweet pepper chopped
  • 1 canWild Mushroom soup
  • 2 cuppasta twirls
  • 2 tbspTomatoe puree.
  • Parsley to garnish
  • 1 tspmore Black pepper ( optional )

    In a fry pan, fry the minced beef, until there is no pink meat showing, add chopped onion and fry and add salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Then add garlic, ginger to the mix and stir in, mix well. Fry for 5 mins on low.

    In s saucepan, add pasta and enough water to cover bring to the boil and simmer until pasta has absorbed most of the water set aside.

    In the fry pan, add tomatoes, kidney beans, 1 pint of water, veg cubes, sweet pepper, balsamic vinegar, and basil. Transfer it all to a croc pot, add the wild mushroom soup, add the pasta, mix well and bring to the boil. Simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to scrape what is stuck on the bottom, when stirring.

    At the end add the tomatoe puree to thicken, then transfer to a large bowl sprinkle the parsley in the middle to garnish, nice with a crusty cob, or long french stick. Also add more black pepper if you want to.

Cookpad founder Member Ambassador, Also a Cookaholic.I love this Cookpad Site, Recipes, friends, interesting people and outstanding recipes, and able to see and to taste food from all over the world. i have learned so much more here, spices , herbs and lovely recipes of different cultures. also experimenting mixing different herbs and spices and making my own creations .I have cooked for my family since I was 14yrs, home from school as my Grandmother could no longer cook she was 91yrs, my Dad worked and there was only me so I learned quite quick and have always enjoyed it. I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
