  3. 2 tspsuji
  4. Salt, as ur taste
  5. as neededChilii powder
  6. Some spice as ur choice
  7. Oil for shawallow fry

    Sabse pehle ham left over moong daal ko ek wok main dalenge and usko medium to high flame per continiouss stir kerte huye dry hone tak cook kar lenge.and cool hone denge.

    Jab bhe mixture cool ho jayega tab ham usme bread crumbs, suji, and all spice daal kar nicely mix kar denge.

    Now is dough se choti ball bana kar cutlets ki shape de kar rekh lenge.

  4. 4

    Now ek non stick twa ko medium flame per hot hone ke liye rekh denge.

  5. 5

    Jam twa hot ho jayega tab twe ko grees kar lenge and us per cutlet ko both side se turn kerte huye cutlets ko golden and crisp hone tak shawèllow fry kar lenge.

  6. 6

    Now is ready to eat yummy left over moong daal cutlets serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce. Enjoy it. Hapoy cooking.
