  • 1 bunchCorinder chopped
  • tspGreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 1/2 tspSoda
  • 4 tbspOil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tbspTil
  • 2 tbspAjwain fresh leave chopped
  • Oil as needed for deep fry
  • Corinder chopped for garnishing

  1. 1

    Besan or rice flour ko ek bade se bowl me le sare masale add karein

    Corinder chopped milake and fresh Ajwain leave ko chopped karke milale and dahi ya water se doft dough ready karein

    Isme se vadi ready karein and dhokla cooker me steam karein

    20 minutes me cook ho jayegi

    Pan me oil le vadi ko cut karke dipfry karein
