Cut you chicken into desired size pieces.

Then in a bowl marinade chicken with salt,chilli powder,garlic,and juice of one lime.

Marinade for an hour the longer the better.

Into another bowl mix flour with bread crumbs and a little salt.

And in another separete bowl beat egg and milk together.

Heat up your oil for frying on medium heat.

Take take the chicken pieces one by one and dip in to egg mix than dip and coat in flour mixture repeat the process twice on each piece and put carefully into oil and fry for 8 to 10 minutes till brown.

Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to discard of any access oil.

serve this yummy crunchy chicken with a salad,fries and a sauce of your choice.
