Steps
- 1
In small to medium mixing bowl add water, eggs, oil, yeast, and sugar. Quickly beat and let rest.
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, to start use only 4 cups of flour, and add the salt and baking powder. Whisk together.
- 3
Now add the water mixture, to the flour mixture. Use a whisk to mix together.
- 4
After all is mixed, add remaining flour, after every cup, mix. Until you have to use your hands, to start mixing. You should be able to use all flour required.
- 5
After all the flour is used, have another large mixing bowl ready, with a little oil spread around, place the ball of dough, into the bowl. Place a tea towel over, let rest for 20-25 mins.
- 6
Knead and punch down, then let rest, again for another 20 mins. This time you only knead the dough, don't punch down.
- 7
Butter muffin tins. Use a knife, and cut pieces of dough, how ever big you want your buns to be, but remember, they get bigger when baked :-) let rest in the muffin tins, for an hour.
- 8
Preheat oven to 350, and the buns take about 15-20 mins, until golden brown.
