Almonds are my favourite get away snack. They are healthy, quick to fix and tasty.

These are the almond nuts.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Bake the almonds for 7 minswhile getting them out at intervals of 2mins to avoid them from burning.

Mix the cinnamon and icing sugar in a bowl

Oil the baked almonds till well coated.

Toss the almonds in the cinnamon and icing sugar mixture till coated.

Spread them in a tray to cool down.

They are now ready for consumption.
