Wash palak properly

Take a bowl put gram flour, red chilli powder, fennel seeds, green chilli and soda powder and add little amount of water and make a smooth batter

Take a kadai put oil and heat it
Now dip whole palak leaves in batter and fry til golden brown and crispy - 4
Palak pakoda is ready

Sprickle jeera powder on it and serve with sauce
