Ingredients

  1. 2 cupBesan
  2. 10-12 leavesPalak
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspFennel seeds crushed
  5. 2chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 tspJeera powder
  7. 1 pinchSoda powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash palak properly

  2. 2

    Take a bowl put gram flour, red chilli powder, fennel seeds, green chilli and soda powder and add little amount of water and make a smooth batter

  3. 3

    Take a kadai put oil and heat it
    Now dip whole palak leaves in batter and fry til golden brown and crispy

  4. 4

    Palak pakoda is ready

  5. 5

    Sprickle jeera powder on it and serve with sauce
