Ingredients

  • 500 gmpalak chopped
  • 2onions chopped
  • 2Tomatos
  • 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 2 tspoil
  • 7-8garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

    Palak ko chopped kar achhe se dhokr rakh de

    Kdai me oil grm karein aor jeera dale bhune

    Add chopped onion and saute well

    Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli 2m saute

    Add chopped garlic 2m saute.Add all spices and salt acc to taste.

    Add chopped tomatoes saute till oil start living the sides

    Add chopped palak and mix well. Cover with lid for 2 m on high flame.

    And 5m slow flame par rakhein.off the gas
