Combine all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl. Mix all.

Divide in equal portions. Make balls & flatten with you palm. Make croquettes.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry these croquettes on medium flame until golden brown.

Croquettes are ready to serve.

For dip: mix all dip ingredients in a bowl. Mix all properly.

Serve hot croquettes with hung curd & cheese dip.
