Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchpalak
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1 cupbesan
  4. 1 tbschilli paste
  5. 1 tspcrushed red chilli
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric Powder
  7. 1/4 tspajwain
  8. 1 tspchat masala
  9. 1/4 tspcooking soda
  10. 1/4tspblack salt
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 tbshot oil
  13. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop palak

  2. 2

    Peel potato and cut like how we cut for French fries

  3. 3

    In a bowl take besan, add palak, potato and all the dry masala, salt and hot oil.

  4. 4

    Add little water to make batter

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry till golden brown on medium high flame.

  6. 6

    Serve with sauce and tea
