Ab dono side se halka pakne ke baad isey spatula ki help se thoda sa flat kar le taki tikki andar tak crisp ho jaaye.

Ab inko dono sides se oil lagakar shalow fry kar le crisp hone tak.

Tikkis ko dish out karein or chat masala sprinkle karein.
