Ab ek bade bartan m pani ubalne rakh dijiye. Ek dhokla pan ko oil se chikna kijiye. dhokle wale better m eno mila kar mix kar dijiye ar ye better chikne wale bartan m dal dijiye.

Ab is bartan ko ublte pani m stand par rakh dijiye. Upar se dhakkan se dhak dijiye. 10 min tak high flame par pakaiye ar fr 5 min medium flame par pakaiye.

Flame off kar dijiye 1 chaku dal kar dhokla chake kijiye agr chaku par dhokla chipakta hai to 5 min ar paka lijiye nh chipakta to dhokla pak chuka hai.

Ab isko thanda hone dijiye ar chaku ki help se dhokla plet m nikal lijiye.

Iske peese cut kar lijiye ab ispr tadka lagana hai.

1 tadka pan m oil garam kijiye ar usme mustard seeds dal kar creck hone tak cook kijiye green chilli dal kar 1 mint bhuniye ar flame off kar dijiye.

Ab is tadke ko dhokla par dal dijiye.
