Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 table spoonpalak ka paste
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/4 teaspooncitric acid
  5. 1 teaspoonsugar
  6. As neededWater
  7. 1/2 teaspooneno fruit salt
  8. Tadke ke liye
  9. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  10. 1 table spoonoil
  11. 2-3green chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle 1 big size bowl m besan lijiye then add palak paste, salt, citric acid, sugar, and mix well.

    Ab isme thoda thoda pani daliye ar gadha ghol bana lijiye.

  3. 3

    Isko 10 minuts ke liye dhak kar rakh dijiye.

  4. 4

    Ab ek bade bartan m pani ubalne rakh dijiye. Ek dhokla pan ko oil se chikna kijiye. dhokle wale better m eno mila kar mix kar dijiye ar ye better chikne wale bartan m dal dijiye.

  5. 5

    Ab is bartan ko ublte pani m stand par rakh dijiye. Upar se dhakkan se dhak dijiye. 10 min tak high flame par pakaiye ar fr 5 min medium flame par pakaiye.

  6. 6

    Flame off kar dijiye 1 chaku dal kar dhokla chake kijiye agr chaku par dhokla chipakta hai to 5 min ar paka lijiye nh chipakta to dhokla pak chuka hai.

  7. 7

    Ab isko thanda hone dijiye ar chaku ki help se dhokla plet m nikal lijiye.

  8. 8

    Iske peese cut kar lijiye ab ispr tadka lagana hai.

  9. 9

    1 tadka pan m oil garam kijiye ar usme mustard seeds dal kar creck hone tak cook kijiye green chilli dal kar 1 mint bhuniye ar flame off kar dijiye.

  10. 10

    Ab is tadke ko dhokla par dal dijiye.

  11. 11

    Apka healthy palak dhokla ready hai.

  12. 12

    Serve kijiye.
