Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSemolina -
  2. 1 tbspBesan -
  3. 1 cupCarrots, capsicum, cabbage,green chillies finely chopped -
  4. 1/4 cupPar boiled mutter -
  5. 1 tbspCoriander paste -
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 cupCurd -
  8. 1 tspOil -

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl mix all ingredients.

    Mix well and make smooth batter.

    Heat appe pan mould and brush m grease it with little oil.

    Pour batter in every cavity.

    Cook for 2 mins. Flip it and again cook for 2 mins in medium heat.

    Take out in serving bowl/dish.

    Enjoy with chutney /ketchup.
