Easy Cheese Sauce Recipe

I found this recipe from a KetoDiet Blog, but since I am a lazy Keto girl (yeah, yeah... I know I shouldn't), I mostly use fresh milk instead of whipping cream. I also only use 1 type of cheese (this type of cheese is relatively cheap in Indonesia and can be found easily in any store).
Easy Cheese Sauce Recipe

Use a pot, melt the butter over medium flame

Then add in room temperature cream cheese and whisk it.

Then add in the milk (or you can replace it with 1/2 cup of whipping cream and 1/2 cup of water). Start with 1/4 cup and keep whisking it until it looks smooth. Keep adding the liquid slowly while whisking it.

Wait until you can see the little bubbles (it means your liquid is hot enough).

Turn off the flame, and add in the shredded cheese and whisk it until the cheese melt. Then add a dash of crushed black pepper.

You can stop here. But adding a dash of ground paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and ground celery will take it to a better taste!
