For vada-- soak moong and urad daal for 4-5 hour. Then blend it in mixer.

Add some salt and mix it very well till the mixer get fluffy. Then make vada and deep fry it.

For kanji-- take a big bowl or container. Add water, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, pinch of hing and mustard seeds powder. Mix it well.

Now add vada in the kanji.cover it for 2-3 days. Daily 1 baar dry spoon se halke hath se mix kar de.

Now kanji vada is ready.
