Combine all ingredients of dough in a mixing bowl.

Make equal size portions of dough. Flatten it like tikki. Place one Mozzarella cheese cube. Seal it&make in roll shape.

Make all rolls like wise.

Add maida and water in a bowl. Mix well. Dip roll in slurry.

Roll it in bread crumbs.

Do all rolls like wise.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Once oil heated slide rolls. Deep fry these rolls on medium flame until golden brown.

Cheese spinach rolls are ready to serve.

Serve with green chutney and cheese & hung curd dip.
