Clean and wash the saag under the running water..

Drain water completely.

Once water is discarded completely,finely chop the saag.

Add 2 teaspoon of mustard oil in a kadhai.when the oil becomes hot fry the wadi and keep it aside.

In the remaining oil add panchforon.Add chhopped garlic.saute it for half minute.Add chopped onion and saute it until onions are translucent.

Now add all the cut vegetables.Add salt and a little turmeric powder.

Saute it for one minute and cover the lid.let it cook on low flame until the vegetables become soft.

Add saag.,mix the sag with all vegetables.Add a little sugar for balancing the test.Add slit green chilies.

Saag will realease enough water.once excess water is evaporated completely turnoff the flame And drizzle the wadi over the dish.

Serve hot with boiled rice.
